Subject Matter Expert: David B. Wingard, P.E., CEM

 

David B. Wingard, P.E., CEM, is a Senior Process/Project Engineer at MSES Consultants, Inc. (Clarksburg, West Virginia). His engineering experience includes process design, project engineering, equipment and instrument specification, plant energy efficiency studies, process optimization, plant de-bottlenecking/startup, and HAZOP reviews. Other experience includes SPCC Plan Preparation, Toxic Release Inventory reporting, and investigation of REACH compliance issues.

Mr. Wingard received his MSChE at Georgia Institute of Technology in 1988 and BSChe, The University of South Carolina in 1986. In addition to being a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of West Virginia, he has been named a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) by the Association of Energy Engineers and holds a Steam System Specialist certification from US Department of Energy.

Mr. Wingard is a member of American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) and a member of the Association of Energy Engineers.
