Steve Ackerlund, PhD, provides technical, procedural, and project management expertise to address environmental problems and policies issues throughout North America. He has 25 years of experience in the practical application of scientific principles to meet the requirements of environmental laws and related regulations, particularly as they pertain to environmental assessments, worker health and safety assessments, chemical cleanup level determinations, wastewater discharge requirements, and the integration of these technical assessments with stakeholder involvement needs. He holds a BS in Environmental Chemistry, MS in Toxicology, and a PhD in Risk Communication and Environmental Conflict Resolution.
