Susan T. Cook, P.E. (Inactive), is an environmental engineer with over 20 years of experience in teaching, research, and design of projects related to municipal wastewater collection and treatment systems and water supply systems. She holds a B. S. degree in Mathematics from Baylor University and an M.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. Ms. Cook has produced plans and specifications for numerous projects involving construction of new wastewater treatment systems and lift stations as well as rehabilitation or expansion of existing treatment facilities. She holds an engineering license in the state of Texas.
