Overview

This three-hour course will enable participants to conduct an effective self-assessment of their current work situation, their inherent skills, knowledge, and values to help them develop strategy and tactics for surviving a pending change in their work life. It provides many useful and practical tools and aids in leading their employees or work group in a more positive and proactive approach to their collective future.

This course will help you (and your employees, if you have them) develop a survival plan for upcoming changes in the workplace. Whether the change involves new technology, a new location, a new employer, or a whole new career, this course will help you assess objectively the skills, abilities, and values within you that can make success a reality.

The student must take a multiple-choice quiz consisting of twenty-five (25) questions at the end of the course to obtain PDH credits.
