Urban Hydrology

Overview
This course provides an overview of hydrologic methods
commonly used in urban drainage design.
In this course, the student will review Chapter 3 of
Hydraulic Engineering Circular 22, Urban Hydrologic Procedures. This chapter
addresses the following subjects:

Rainfall
·
Determination
of Peak Flow Rates
·
Development of
Design Hydrographs
This course is relevant to
municipal engineers, highway engineers, and consulting engineers serving private
developers.
The student must take a multiple-choice quiz consisting of twenty (20) questions at the end of
this course to obtain PDH credits.
