In this course the student will learn some of the basic OSHA requirements for safety and health management for small business including topics in categories of heating and ventilation, lighting and electrical work.

The handbook used in this course is provided to owners, proprietors and managers of small businesses by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), an agency of the U.S. Department of Labor.  The student is expected to read and review the material contained in the Small Business Handbook - OSHA , OSHA 2209-02R 2005.
