Overview

In working in the profession of mechanical engineering today, it is essential that a command of the technical language and terminology used in codes and standards be understood in order to properly communicate with other professionals in the engineering, environmental and legal fields.

In this course the student will learn some of the basic terminology that is used in EPA standards that relate to mechanical work.

The student is expected to read and review the material contained in the Terms of the Environment - A glossary of environmental terms.

The student must take a multiple-choice quiz consisting of thirty (30) questions at the end of this course to obtain PDH credits.
