Overview

This course discusses failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) of equipment, systems and processes. Analysis procedure, documentation, and benefits and limitations are described. An example problem is solved. No prior knowledge of systems safety-reliability-risk analysis is required to understand this course.

The student must take a multiple-choice quiz consisting of fifteen (15) questions at the end of this course to earn PDH credits.
