Overview
Louvers are used for a variety of purposes in the building industry for HVAC applications, such as outside air intake, exhaust air and relief air. They are also used at times for architectural aesthetic purposes. At other times they are used for both HVAC and architectural purposes.
In this course the student will learn some of the basics about louver styles, testing, performance ratings and labor savor type options available. The student will learn some of the specific product criteria of Ruskin louvers which can be used as the basis-of-design in project specifications.
