Overview

This course discusses how to perform preliminary hazard analysis (PHA) of industrial plants, systems and equipment to identify the hazardous elements and assess their safety implications. No prior knowledge of systems safety-reliability-risk analysis is required to understand this course.

The student must take a multiple-choice quiz consisting of fifteen (15) questions at the end of this course to earn PDH credits.
