Overview   This webinar is especially important for Professional Engineers of any discipline as well as Plant Engineers, Maintenance Engineers, Technicians, Facilities Managers, and other professionals who are interested in enhancing their knowledge and exposure to a broad spectrum of disciplines involved in maintaining, operating, and managing modern industrial and commercial facilities.   For those professionals who are experienced in the industrial and commercial technology, this course provides an opportunity to refresh and expand their knowledge on making “repair versus replace” decisions on capital intensive plant equipment; real yet obscure costs of energy; preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment, vibration testing and predictive maintenance; increasing MTBF, mean time between failures, on HVAC and other plant equipment; maintenance troubleshooting and problem solving. To attend this web seminar, you'll need a computer with a high speed internet connection (DSL or cable modem) and a phone line.  For your comfort, it is recommended that you use a speaker phone to connect to the web seminar.

Online registration ends 1 hour prior to the seminar, however phone registration can be accepted up to 10 minutes before the webinar begins. Please call 877 500-7145 (toll free) for last-minute registration.   Seminars fill up fast.  Register early to reserve your spot!

Twenty-four hours prior to the webinar, you will be emailed a web address for the webinar.  On the day of the seminar, simply go to the website provided in the e-mail (you should be able to just click on the link in the e-mail).  You will be asked to enter your name and e-mail address.  And you will need to enter the password that was also sent to you in the e-mail.  Once you have logged in, a screen will pop up with the toll-free number to call. Please try to log in at least 5 minutes prior to the webinar as we will start promptly.

After completion of the web seminar, you will need to fill out a short online questionnaire to access your certificate of completion.  The questionnaire can be accessed immediately after the seminar through your login account.  In the questionnaire, you will assess how well the seminar achieved the stated learning objectives.

You may cancel your enrollment in this web seminar up to 48 hours prior to the seminar with a full refund, minus a $10 registration service fee.  Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the seminar, but at least 4 hours prior to the seminar will not be refunded, but will be credited towards future seminars.  Cancellations made less than 4 hours prior to the seminar are not refundable.
