As an engineer or
architect, you are required to adhere to state, local and federal laws
in all phases of your projects - whether you are manufacturing
semiconductors, building a bridge or operating a refinery.
For engineers who are
unfamiliar with the Federal Register (FR) and the Code of Federal
Regulations (CFR), finding all the rules that are relevant to your project
can be a daunting task.
In this seminar,
youll learn how the regulatory process works, as well as the role of the
public in the process. Youll learn how to navigate, understand and apply
Federal regulations and rules.
Finally, youll learn
how industry standards are incorporated by reference in regulation, the
legal weight such standards have in regulation, and how to gather approval
to apply alternative standards and technology.
