Charles Costenbader, P.E.

Charles Costenbader, P.E., M.B.A., is a Professional Engineer with 25 years’ experience in engineering, project management, industrial asset restructuring, construction loan oversight, and independent engineering services. He has successfully led the technical design approvals and underwriting for infrastructure such as power generation (fossil fuel and renewables), refinery operations, underground gas storage, gathering systems, and various industrial processes such as recycled paper manufacturing and pulverized coal injection for steel operations. He has also participated in the commissioning, debottlenecking, and troubleshooting of infrastructure assets.

Mr. Costenbader holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College and an M.B.A. degree from the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University. He has both New Jersey and Connecticut P.E. License certifications. He began his engineering career in 1982 in the Marine Terminal Engineering Department at Sea-Land Service, Inc. headquarters in Elizabeth, New Jersey.
