Raymond M. Burynski, Jr., P.E.

Raymond M. Burynski, Jr., P.E. holds a B.S in Mechanical Engineering and an M.S. in Applied Mechanics from Lehigh University. He is currently licensed in Pennsylvania and New York. As a graduate student, he performed research related to corrosion fatigue of aerospace aluminum alloys. The results of this work were presented in an ASME publication on structural integrity of aging aircraft. Afterwards, he joined F.L. Smidth, a leading supplier to the cement and mining industries, to work in New Product Development. While at FLS, he was responsible for various machine design and related activities, such as finite element analysis and strain gage testing. Currently, he continues to work in new product development and machine design through his consulting company, Tripod Innovation. He holds two patents, with a third expected to issue in 2014.
