By referring
course author(s) to PDHengineer.com in exchange for cash referral reward(s), you
agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this promotion. Please
read the terms and conditions carefully. |

This promotion is
open to all residents of the United States, Canada and Australia who are age of
majority or older in their state/province of residence, except employees of
Decatur Professional Development, LLC, Cerulean Information Technology
Private Limited and those with whom they are domiciled. |
| 3. |
The cumulative
limit of referral rewards that can be earned by an individual is $600 per
calendar year. Individuals wishing to earn more than $600 per calendar
year must provide certain information required for tax
reporting purposes. Contact

| 4. |
To be eligible
for a cash reward, you must provide the name and email address of the
course author that you are referring at any time prior to your referral
contacting PDHengineer.com. You may not refer yourself
as a course author. You may not refer a member of your
immediate family or a family member with whom you are domiciled, including
your husband, wife, father, mother, brother, sister, grandfather,
grandmother, grandson or granddaughter. You will be compensated with a
$150.00 check
for each new published course author that you refer. No further compensation
is provided for additional courses authored by your referral after the first
course. Limit one referrer per each new course author. |

Referral
compensation will only be provided for original course material.
Course material that is derived partially or completely from documents in
the public domain is not eligible for referral compensation. |
| 6. |
Your referral
must maintain his/her published course on PDHengineer.com for a minimum
period of 12 weeks in order to be eligible for referral compensation.
Provided that this provision of these terms and conditions is met, your
check will be mailed to you approximately 12 weeks after your referral's
course is published on PDHengineer.com. |
| 7. |
No compensation
will be provided for referral of existing PDHengineer.com registered users
and course authors. |
| 8. |
Determination of
eligibility for cash compensation will be made solely by PDHengineer.com and its parent company, Decatur Professional Development,
LLC. |
| 9. |
You may promote
PDHengineer.com as you see fit, including word-of-mouth, emails, web site
placement, etc. However, SPAMMING is not allowed. Do not send
emails promoting PDHengineer.com to lists or groups that you do not have
permission to send to. The first offense of SPAMMING will result in
immediate suspension of your right to participate in the referral program. |

Promotion of
PDHengineer.com on any of the following types of sites is prohibited:
adult sites; sites that display adult banners; sites that promote violence,
bigotry or hatred; sites that promote illegal activity |
| 11. |
PDHengineer.com
and its parent company, Decatur Professional Development, LLC, have the
right to withhold payment of referral reward(s) and suspend participation in
the referral program if it is determined that an attempt was made to
fraudulently obtain a referral reward. |
| 12. |
PDHengineer.com
and its parent company, Decatur Professional Development, LLC have the right
to change these terms and conditions at any time. |
