Online registration is available until the scheduled start of the webinar subject to seat availability. However, many webinars fill up quickly, so we suggest that you register as early as possible to insure your seat is available.
But, what happens if you purchase a webinar, your schedule changes and you are unable to attend?
PDHengineer's webinar registrations are risk-free. Even if a last-minute emergency means you cannot attend, you will not lose your registration fee.
We will issue a full refund for any cancellation made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled starting time of a webinar. Just call our Customer Service Team toll-free at 1-877-PDHengineer.
For any other cancellation, we will issue a credit for the full amount of your purchase regardless of the reason you cannot attend. You can use this credit toward the purchase of any course or webinar from PDHengineer.com.
Simply contact our Customer Service Team at 1-877-PDHengineer within one year of the webinar date and we'll issue the credit.

Limit of one cancellation/reschedule per webinar purchase. Any webinar purchased with a credit voucher from a previous cancellation must be completed on the scheduled date or the credit will be lost. All credit vouchers expire one year from the scheduled date of the originally purchased webinar.
