This four-hour course will help those assigned to take a principle role in an organization's change initiative to develop a useful, step-by-step strategy for change. It provides a broad understanding about the nature of change, tips on developing a heart-engaging vision statement designed to mobilize the workforce toward the desired future, how to determine an organization's readiness for change, how to build momentum with the change and preserve results after it is over.
