4 Easy Steps to Complete a PDHengineer webinar

This live, interactive webinar explains the planning, execution, and close-out processes for building demolition. Led by a subject matter expert who has planned and overseen the demolition of approximately 25 buildings in Suffolk County, New York, the webinar uses the actual demolition of a commercial/residential, two-story structure in that county as a case study and focal point.

We will begin with a discussion of the factors that contributed to the fire during the Deutsche Bank Building demolition. Next, we will review pertinent federal and local regulations and building codes. Our discussion of Phase 1 and 2 Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) will be made tangible by looking at the case study of a demolition project on a busy street in Suffolk County, New York. We will also discuss permit applications and the planning steps and documentation required to properly execute and close out a demolition project.

This webinar is designed for engineers, architects, construction monitors, and code enforcement officials who might be involved in planning, overseeing, or executing a building demolition project.
