Charles D. Leonard, CIH, is an industrial chemist with over 25 years chemical manufacturing experience.

Mr. Leonard’s process expertise includes polymer process development and control systems, product design, quality systems and laboratory operations. His environmental, health, and safety expertise includes Process Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, hazard communication and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Leonard has a BS in Chemistry from Louisiana State University and has been certified in Industrial Hygiene (CIH) comprehensive practice by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene since 1990. He holds a patent for a new polymer hydrogenation process and has several publications.
