Calvin T. Brannon, P.E.

Calvin T. Brannon, P.E., is a lifelong resident of Texas where he has been a consulting civil engineer since 1977 when he formed a partnership which, in 1985, would become the corporation that bears his name today. Prior to entering private practice he spent 8 years in public works in Irving and Tyler, Texas on their respective engineering staffs. He is a 1973 graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. For three decades he has been asked by defendants and plaintiffs alike to serve as expert witness in cases related to civil construction and water issues including water and wastewater treatment, storm water runoff and flood mitigation, and aquatic recreation facilities, and has made numerous appearances in state and federal court and in mediation hearings. He has served as an arbiter and as a special partition commissioner appointed by the Smith County Commissioners Court. He is a licensed professional engineer in Texas and 12 other states.
