W. L. (Chris) Christy, Jr., P.E.

W. L. (Chris) Christy, Jr., P.E., has more than thirty years of experience in facilities engineering including design, management, utilities, operations, maintenance and office and building automation. He holds a Bachelor Mechanical Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and has been a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Georgia for 27 years. While the majority of his experience has been consulting, he has also worked on the owner’s side as Vice President, Facilities Engineering for Turner Broadcasting World-Wide Facilities which included CNN Center, the 1 million square foot headquarters facility in Atlanta, all CNN Studios, and production/uplink facilities for all of the Turner Networks. His consulting experience includes approximately 125 million square feet of various facility types across seventeen market segments. His experience also includes design, development, marketing and implementation of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) software products for personal computers and networks.
