Chen-Yu Cheng, P.E., PhD, received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from National Central University in Taiwan, and an MS in Mechanical Engineering and a PhD in Environmental Engineering from State University of New York at Buffalo.
Mr. Cheng has worked in various industries during his professional years, including manufacturing, water treatment, air quality, and structural engineering in Taiwan, China, and the United States.
Mr. Cheng was an instructor at the Texas A&M University – Kingsville, where he taught environmental engineering and industrial hygiene.
Mr. Cheng is currently running a consulting engineering firm in Corpus Christi, TX serving clients windstorm inspection, and residential structural design. Mr. Cheng is a registered professional engineer in Texas.
