Subject Matter Expert: Eleuterio Fuentes, P.E.
Eleuterio Fuentes, P.E., is a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso and a registered professional engineer. Mr. Fuentes has worked for the US Army Corps of Engineers for over thirty years. He has worked as a project engineer, Resident Engineer, and Assistant Area Engineer. He is currently the Chief of the Contract Administration Section at Ft. Bliss. His experience includes both civil works and military works construction.
