Mr. Greaney received a BS in Civil Engineering from WPI and an MBA from Syracuse University. He has over 20 years of experience in the design and construction of facilities for the oil & gas and chemical industries.

In 1996, Mr. Greaney started his own consulting firm advising clients on capital cost estimating, economic analysis, and project cost & schedule control for production and manufacturing facilities worldwide.

Mr. Greaney's primary area of interest is early-stage capital cost estimating for process plants. He has managed the capital cost forecasting function for two Fortune 500 companies in the industry. Mr. Greaney is a registered professional engineer in two states.
