Mr. Calzada received a B.S. and a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the
University of Wisconsin – Madison. His concentration is in the areas of
heat transfer, fluids and process controls.
He has 32 years of experience in the food, automotive and pharmaceutical
industries and has developed several computer programs to simulate size
and optimize industrial and HVAC processes. He was an assistant professor
of Mechanical Engineering at the Sonora Institute of Technology in Mexico
for two years where he taught Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer.
Mr. Calzada is a registered professional engineer in the state of Illinois
and holds several patents in food processing and trade secrets in
industrial processes. |
