Subject Matter Expert: C. "Raj" Sundararajan, PhD, MASCE, FASME
C. "Raj" Sundararajan, PhD, MASCE, FASME, received his BE and ME degrees from India and his PhD from University of Waterloo, Canada. He has over 40 years of experience in a wide spectrum of civil, mechanical and aerospace engineering projects at Lummus Company (Canada), Foster Wheeler Corporation (USA), EDS Nuclear and Impell Corporation (USA). Currently he is the President of EDA Consultants in Houston, Texas.
He has published more than 50 technical papers and two books. He is the recipient of ASME Best Paper award in 1986. He has taught or teaches three-day professional development courses on "Structural Vibration Analysis," "Probabilistic Structural Design" “Structural Design for Blast Loads” and "System Reliability Engineering."
