Tomas Orihuela, P.E., received a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of New Orleans in 1989. He has over 21 years of experience in the design of structures for onshore and offshore Oil & Gas Industry, Petrochemical Industry, and Electrical Utility Industry. Mr. Orihuela is a registered professional engineer in the State of Louisiana. Mr. Orihuela is currently employed by Jacobs Engineering Group, in Metairie, LA as a senior structural engineer serving clients in a variety of industries, including Oil & Gas and petrochemical.
