Mr.
Orihuela received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University
of New Orleans in 1989. He has 17 years of experience in the
design of structures for onshore and offshore Oil & Gas Industry,
Petrochemical Industry, and Electrical Utility Industry. He also
has regulatory experience with offshore Oil & Gas related activities.Mr. Orihuela is a registered professional engineer in the State of
Louisiana.
In 2004, Mr. Orihuela started his own consulting engineering firm, Axiom
Consulting Engineers, LLC, in
New Orleans, LA serving clients in a variety of industries, including
Oil & Gas and petrochemical. |
