Nebraska professional engineers are required to earn continuing education.
The Nebraska Board’s requirements are unique in that the Board does not specify
the types of continuing education activities that are acceptable. Instead, the
Nebraska Board relies on Continuing Education Rules mandated by other state
licensing boards. The Nebraska Board segments continuing education requirements
into two (2) different categories.
*NCARB is the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. Note that the Nebraska Board’s rules for architects are “lumped together” with the rules for professional engineers.
** NCEES is the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying, which is a national, non-profit organization composed of engineering and surveying licensing boards representing all U.S. states and territories.
PDHengineer’s courses and seminars meet the engineering continuing education requirements of ALL state licensing boards.
