David Chasis, M.B.A. is the author of Plastic Piping Systems, a 172-page textbook published by Industrial Press of New York City and editor/author of two Plastic Pipe and Fittings Association (PPFA) workbooks: Thermoplastic Industrial Piping Systems (114 pages) and Design Guide for PVC Piping Systems for Commercial and Industrial Applications (215 pages). He is the Past Chairman of the Thermoplastic Industrial Piping System product line committee of the PPFA and is presently providing consulting services to the same association. In addition Mr. Chasis has conducted dozens of seminars and webinars to designers, contractors, end users, college students and purchasing agents. He also has had over two dozen articles published in several industry journals.

• Marketing manager for Cabot Piping Systems (forerunner of NIBCO’S Chemtrol division) (2 years)
• Co-owner and Chairman of Plastic Piping Systems an industrial plastic piping distributor with 7 branches and revenues in excess of $10 million (8 years)
• Owner and President of Plastic Fluid Systems an industrial plastic piping distributor in Austin and Houston Texas (5 years)
• Owner and President of Brougham Builders a custom home builder in Austin, Texas (4 years)
• Associate with NIBCO in the following capacities:
