Webinar Trainers: Paul Guyer, P.E., R.A.
Paul Guyer is a registered civil engineer, mechanical engineer, fire protection engineer and architect who for nine years was a principal staff member for the California Legislature responsible for making recommendations to the Members on infrastructure issues. In this capacity he prepared reports to the Membership, testified before legislative committees, and provided one-on-one information and recommendations to Members, committee staff and lobbyists. While on the staff of the California Legislature he worked extensively on the design-build issue and authored important reports on the issue to the Legislature.
