Subject Matter Expert Van Singer, P.E.

Van Singer, P.E., has specialized in the mapping, locating and design of underground utilities since graduating with an engineering degree 24 years ago. He worked with and learned from the originator of subsurface utility engineering in the mid-1980s, gained valuable urban utility design experience in the early 1990s and has since helped several start-up SUE firms grow and become successful. He is currently Vice President of Accumark, Inc. and continues to perform utility investigations on site, transportation and military projects.
