You are responsible for providing a PowerPoint presentation that will become the video portion of the webinar, along with an overview and learning points.  Then, at the time of the webinar, you make the live presentation just as if you were in front of the audience.  The audience can ask questions and interact with you at all times.  In fact participation is encouraged for better understanding of the subject material.
