Why we ask for this information
The various state boards require that we maintain completion records for PDH credits. The information we collect is used solely for the purpose of meeting the state boards' requirements for record keeping that are imposed on continuing education providers.
Please note that Florida and North Carolina require that we have your correct license number to report your PDH. This number must be entered in your profile before taking the quiz in order to assure proper reporting. All other states rely on self-reporting by the PE and do not require we collect the license number.
