Do I need to establish a user account and login to use PDHengineer.com's website?

You only need to establish a user account and login when you wish to purchase a course and take the quiz for PDH credits. You are free to browse PDHengineer.com's site and view any course without logging in or purchasing a course.

How does PDHengineer.com use the personal information that I provide?

PDHengineer.com uses the information that you provide to us to process purchases, to create your certificate of completion and to maintain our in-house records of your course completion in accordance with state board requirements. We also may use your email and mailing addresses to communicate information to you about your account.

Does PDHengineer.com provide information about me to other parties?

PDHengineer.com will not share information about you to any other party without your written consent, except as follows:

• When purchasing a course using your credit card, information that you input is provided to PayPal, our secure online payment processor.
• If you are registered in the state of Florida or North Carolina, we will periodically provide course completion information to the state engineering licensing board, as required by the laws of those states. We will also provide course completion information to any state engineering board upon request.

How can I access my user account on PDHengineer.com if I forget my password?

When you register as a user on PDHengineer.com you are asked to select a password. Additionally, you are asked to enter a question and answer that will be easy for you to remember as a "backup" password, such as "What is the name of my dog?" or "What is my mother's maiden name?". If you forget your password, our Customer Service Team will use the question and answer that you previously entered and/or other information to identify you and provide access your user account.
