Taking courses on PDHengineer.com is
easy. Below is a step-by-step description of how to take a course. If you
have any questions, don't hesitate to Contact Us.
Step 1 - Go to the Courses
web page and select a course to view. The
course may be printed and studied at your leisure free of charge.
Step 2 - To take a quiz for credit, click on Take Quiz
at the bottom of the course page. You will then be prompted for your
Username and Password.
Step 3 - If you have previously set up a login account, enter your Username
and Password. If you do not have an existing login account, then click on
User Sign-up and complete the sign-up form.
Step 4 - After logging in, you
will be asked to verify your course purchase information. If your employer is a member of our
corporate discount program, you can enter
a discount code to receive 20%
off the course price.
Step 5 - Next, you will be asked to choose your
method of payment (credit card, check or money order). If you choose to
pay by credit card, you will be directed to a page for payment processing
using Verisign, PDHengineer.com's secure online payment processor.
If you choose to pay by check or money order, you will be able to take the quiz
and receive the results immediately (see Step 6 below). However, you will
not be able to print your certificate of completion until your payment is
received by us in the mail.
Step 6 - After payment is made, you will be sent to a page containing the course quiz.
Upon completion of the quiz, it will be automatically graded and your score will be
immediately provided if you pass the quiz. A score of 70% or greater is considered a passing grade.
If you do not achieve a passing grade on your first attempt, you may retake the
quiz as many times as needed for a period of 1 year to achieve a passing score.
Step 7 - Upon successful completion of the quiz, you will be directed to a screen
where you can print your certificate of completion, which should be saved for your records.
