customer(s) to PDHengineer.com in exchange for gift certificate(s), you
agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this promotion. Please
read the terms and conditions carefully. |

This promotion is
open to all residents of the United States, Canada and Australia who are age of
majority or older in their state/province of residence, except employees of
Decatur Professional Development, LLC, Cerulean Information Technology
Private Limited and those with whom they are domiciled. |

Participation by
U.S., Canadian and Australian residents currently domiciled in states,
provinces, territories and other countries separate from the mainland of the
U.S., Canada and Australia is limited to delivery of gift certificates by
email. |

Delivery and
redemption of gift certificates is subject to the rules of each individual
merchant. PDHengineer.com and its parent company, Decatur Professional
Development, LLC, accept no liability for lost, stolen, non-functioning,
expired or unredeemable gift certificates. |

PDHengineer.com
and its parent company, Decatur Professional Development, LLC, accept no
responsibility for incorrect email and postal addresses. No alternate
compensation will be given for undelivered gift certificates resulting from
incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you. |

The cumulative
limit of gift certificates that can be earned by an individual in the U.S. is
US$600 per
calendar year. Individuals wishing to earn more than US$600 per calendar
year in gift certificates must provide certain information required for tax
reporting purposes. Contact

To be eligible
for a gift certificate, you must provide the name and email address of a new
user who does not have an existing login account on PDHengineer.com. You may not
refer yourself as a new customer. You will be compensated with a single gift certificate
for each new paying customer that you refer. No further compensation
is provided for additional course purchases made by your referral after the
first course purchase. Limit one referrer per each new customer. |

No compensation
will be provided for referral of existing PDHengineer.com registered users. |
| 9. |
Determination of
eligibility for gift certificate compensation will be made solely by
PDHengineer.com and its parent company, Decatur Professional Development,
LLC. |
| 10. |
You may promote
PDHengineer.com as you see fit, including word-of-mouth, emails, web site
placement, etc. However, SPAMMING is not allowed. Do not send
emails promoting PDHengineer.com to lists or groups that you do not have
permission to send to. The first offense of SPAMMING will result in
immediate suspension of your right to participate in the referral program
and forfeiture of any earned gift certificates. |

Promotion of
PDHengineer.com on any of the following types of sites is prohibited:
adult sites; sites that display adult banners; sites that promote violence,
bigotry or hatred; sites that promote illegal activity |
| 12. |
PDHengineer.com
and its parent company, Decatur Professional Development, LLC, have the
right to withhold payment of gift certificates and suspend participation in
the referral program if it is determined that an attempt was made to
fraudulently obtain a gift certificate. |

PDHengineer.com
and its parent company, Decatur Professional Development, LLC have the right
to change these terms and conditions at any time. |
