By referring customer(s) to PDHengineer.com in exchange for discount codes or gift certificate(s), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this promotion. Please read the terms and conditions carefully.

1. This promotion is open to all residents of the United States, Canada and Australia who are age of majority or older in their state/province of residence, except employees of Decatur Professional Development, LLC, Cerulean Information Technology Private Limited and those with whom they are domiciled.

2. A course can be taken only once per person. There is no substitute gift or course for those who have already taken the subject course in this promotion or another.

3. To be eligible for this promotion, you must provide the name and email address of a new user who does not have an existing login account on PDHengineer.com. You may not refer yourself as a new customer. You will receive access to a web page that permits you personally to take the featured course. You will also receive a discount code that is good for a 15% discount off the price of any PDHengineer online course or webinar that you purchase in the future. The person referred will also receive access to the free course and a discount code for their use. Note that only one discount code can be applied to a purchase, although the code may be used multiple times. No further compensation is provided for additional referrals, although each additional qualified referral will receive the free course and discount code.

4. No compensation will be provided for referral of existing PDHengineer.com registered users.

5. Determination of eligibility will be made solely by PDHengineer.com and its parent company, Decatur Professional Development, LLC.

6. PDHengineer.com and its parent company, Decatur Professional Development, LLC, have the right to withhold rewards and suspend participation in the referral program if it is determined that an attempt was made to fraudulently obtain a reward.

7. PDHengineer.com and its parent company, Decatur Professional Development, LLC have the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
