With prior notice of cancellation

PDHengineer will issue a full refund for any cancellation made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled starting time of a webinar. The refund will be made to the credit card or PayPal account used to pay for the webinar. At your request, a credit voucher can be issued for the future purchase of webinars or online courses. Just call our Customer Service Team toll-free at 1-877-PDHengineer (1-877-734-3644).

Other cancellations

For any other cancellation, we will issue a credit voucher for the full amount of your purchase regardless of the reason you cannot attend. You can use this credit toward the purchase of any course or webinar from PDHengineer.com. Simply contact our Customer Service Team at 1-877-PDHengineer (1-877-734-3644) within one year of the webinar date and we’ll issue the credit.

Limit of one cancellation/reschedule per webinar purchase. Any webinar purchased with a credit voucher from a previous cancellation must be completed on the scheduled date or the credit will be lost. All credit vouchers expire one year from the scheduled date of the originally purchased webinar.
