Bill Simpson, P.E.

Bill Simpson, P.E., is an experienced project leader with an extensive knowledge of Structural and Geotechnical design and analysis. Bill has a determined mindset that contributes to successful and timely project completion and is an exceptional mentor who consistently demonstrates the skills required to motivate individual contributors and develop a team’s capabilities.

Bill's specialties include earth structure design, analysis, and repair including retaining walls, reinforced slopes, land bridges, land slide stabilization, cast-in-place concrete, temporary and permanent shoring, sheet piles, and soldier piles. He has designed with geogrid, geosynthetics, geotextiles, earth anchors, tie-backs, soil nails, ground anchors, helical anchors, and dead-men. Bill is skilled in performing Slope stability analysis, feasibility and suitability analysis and process improvements.
