Charles Mack, P.E.
Charles Mack, P.E. is a licensed Professional Engineer and Senior Electrical Engineer with more than 30 years of experience in electrical engineering, power systems, industrial infrastructure, utility operations, commissioning, and regulatory compliance. Throughout his career, he has provided technical leadership for complex projects involving electrical distribution systems, medium-voltage power systems, power generation facilities, semiconductor manufacturing, medical devices, and federal infrastructure programs.
Mr. Mack has held engineering and management positions with organizations including Arizona Public Service (APS), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Bureau of Indian Affairs, the National Park Service, AECOM, Lotus Works, and Industrial Design LLC. He has supported major industrial, utility, and federal projects, including facilities serving Intel semiconductor operations. His expertise includes electrical system design, reliability engineering, commissioning and validation, arc flash analysis, code compliance, asset management, and project execution.
In addition to his industrial experience, Mr. Mack owns an engineering consulting practice that supports medical device manufacturers with FDA regulatory submissions, validation activities, risk management, and quality system compliance. He also serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at Grand Canyon University, where he teaches electrical engineering fundamentals and mentors future engineers.
Mr. Mack's professional interests include electrical system reliability, engineering education, regulatory compliance, and the development of practical engineering solutions to complex technical challenges.
