Jesse Miller, CET

Jesse Miller, CET, received his B.S. in Architectural Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. He has 20 years of extensive experience in Fire Protection Engineering. He is certified by the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) in Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler systems. NICET is a non-profit division of the National Society of Professional Engineers, and has been established to certify and recognize qualified engineering technologists.

Mr. Miller has worked for local, state, and federal government agencies as a Fire Marshal, Inspector, and designer of fire protection systems. His knowledge base extends to the areas of analysis, design, installation, testing and maintenance of fire protection systems. He has worked in the petrochemical industry performing hydraulic analysis of firewater systems, blast analysis, fire and gas system cause and effect matrixes, and developed design philosophies.

Mr. Miller is an active member of the Society of Fire Protection Engineers, and the National Fire Protection Association - Building Fire Safety Group. His experience has allowed him to travel the world as a consultant working on such projects as the Burj Khalifa in Dubai and several petrochemical plants in South America.
