Be sure to make a note on your calendar for the scheduled date and time of the webinar, and remember to adjust for your time zone. Plan to log in a bit early — you must attend the entire live webinar including the roll call to receive credit for attendance.

About 15 minutes before the scheduled start of the webinar, connect to the special webinar site. Then, connect to the audio portion using a phone or your computer’s audio and microphone. For your comfort, it is suggested that you use a speakerphone or headset when attending the webinar.

Connection information and access codes for the webinar can be found in several places.

• The purchase receipt that was emailed to you when you purchased the webinar. A copy of this receipt is also available in My Account, then click Payment Receipts.
• The Course Progress Page for the webinar. This can be accessed from My Account, then select My Courses. Locate and click the webinar name for details.
• An email will also be sent the day prior to the webinar that includes the log in information

Follow along with the webinar’s audio and video feed using your phone and computer screen. If you have a question or comment, feel free to speak up. PDHengineer’s webinars are designed to be interesting and engaging. Interaction between participants and the instructor is encouraged.

Upon completion of the webinar, return to the PDHengineer website and go to My Account and select My Courses to find a link to Take Survey. The short survey will ask your opinion about how well the webinar met the learning objectives.
