PDHengineer sends important emails to our users including copies of course purchase receipts, webinar access information, and valuable offers. We do not sell or rent our email lists to others.

We want to help you make sure these valuable emails are getting delivered to you. In order to help ensure proper delivery of emails to your inbox, you can add senders of legitimate emails to your whitelist, also called the Approved or Safe Sender list. Here are instructions on how to whitelist emails for several popular Internet Service Providers and email companies.

Please note that some corporate email servers mail erroneously filter email that appears to be SPAM, but is not. If you are still having difficulties after adding us to your Safe Sender List, please contact your corporate IT department for assistance.

AOL Mail
1. Click Contacts in the left toolbar
2. Click New Contact
3. Enter and additional information if you wish
4. Click Add Contact button in the popup to finish
1. Click Address Book
2. Click Email
3. Click New Contact
4. Enter in the email field
5. Click Save

2. Click on the little down-pointing-triangle-arrow next to “reply”

1. Click the Address Book tab on the top menu bar

2. Click “More Email Settings”
3. Under Preventing Junk Mail, click Safe and Blocked Senders
4. Click Safe Senders
5. In the “Sender or domain to mark as safe” box, type

2. Click Add to contacts icon next to
3. On the Add Contact popup, add additional information if needed
4. Click Save
Microsoft Outlook 2003
1. Open an email message from
2. Right-click on “Click here to download images” in the gray bar at the top of the message
3. Click Add Sender to Senders Safe List
Outlook 2007
1. Right-click on the email you received in the list of emails
2. Click Junk E-mail
3. Click Add Sender to Safe Senders List
Outlook 2013
1. Click the Home tab
2. In the “Delete” group, click Junk
3. Click Junk E-mail Options
4. Click the Safe Senders tab
5. Click Add and enter
6. Click OK
Mac Mail
1. Click Address Book
2. Click File
3. Click New Card
4. Enter
5. Click Edit to finish
Mozilla Thunderbird for PC
1. Open email from
2. Click on highlighted name and email address (sometimes only the email address shows)
3. Click Add to Address Book
4. Click OK
iOS Devices – iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch1
1. On any message, tap the sender and add to either a new contact or an existing contact
Android Devices – Samsung, Google Nexus, others
1. In the default email client, touch the picture of the sender
2. Click OK to add to contacts
