Maureen E. Zappala, BS, has over 13 years’ experience working with NASA in various engineering and managerial positions, primarily in jet propulsion research testing. Her duties have included day-to-day project management for propulsion testing programs, the planning and execution of tests in the PSL, the coordination of the team of professionals and technicians, and the analyzation and interpretation of test results and published research results.
She has worked a public speaker and presentation coach since 2009, and authored four books. Maureen received her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame in 1983, and has trained extensively through various programs and courses in public speaking, marketing, and leadership development.
