Dylan LaFrance, P.E.

Dylan LaFrance, P.E., J.D., is a registered professional engineer and licensed attorney in the State of California with over 10 years of experience within the fields of water resources and water treatment planning, design, and construction. Dylan has bachelor’s degrees in civil and environmental Engineering from the University of California, Irvine (UCI), and a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). In addition, Dylan has a juris doctor degree from Western State College of Law with an emphasis in environmental and water law.

Dylan currently works as an engineering consultant at one of the nation’s largest civil engineering consulting firms, AECOM. He has worked on the design and construction of various water and sewer infrastructure projects, including water distribution and transmission, sewer conveyance, pumping stations, dams and reservoirs, wells, and treatment plants. Dylan’s project experience is focused primarily within southern California, and he has worked on projects for several major municipalities, including Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, Los Angeles County Sanitation District, Los Angeles County Public Works, City of Los Angeles, Orange County Public Works, Orange County Sanitation District, California Department of Water Resources, Metropolitan Water District, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
