The Indiana State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers requires for every biennial renewal cycle that engineers earn 1 PDH studying engineering ethics and 1 PDH in the study of the Indiana Laws and Rules for Engineers. This course is specifically designed to satisfy the Laws and Rules portion.

The laws and rules for the practice of engineering in the state of Indiana are contained within:

• Indiana Code Title 25. Professions and Occupations, Article 31. Professional Engineers, and
• Indiana Administrative Code Title 864

In this course, we will review Indiana Administrative Code Title 864.
