This 4-program series focuses on solutions to common problems and disputes on construction projects. Claim avoidance strategies will be emphasized. Presenters will discuss leading practices to address and resolve actual disputes and claim situations submitted by participants. Negotiation strategies and simulated negotiation scenarios will provide students with skills that can be immediately implemented into their construction phase practices.
