Time management skills are critical for professional success. In this course, we will help you get the most out of your day by introducing you to tools and guidelines that will allow you to manage your time more effectively and be in control of your workload, rather than spending each day reacting to crisis after crisis. We will help you reduce stress and witness your productivity reach new heights.
With an emphasis on results and productivity, this course will assist your time management skills through the use of strategies such as SMART goals and result-driven mission statements. An application activity form is also included to assist you with the implementation of these techniques.
