This course meets the 1 PDH Laws & Rules requirement for engineers per the Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) - CHAPTER 625: One [professional development] hour must be in the provisions of this chapter [NAC – chapter 625] and chapter 625 of NRS.

In this course, we will review portions of NAC Chapter 625 and NRS Chapter 625. Commentaries and case studies will be provided to aid in understanding the intent of the rules, as well as their application to real-world scenarios.

To focus on the information most relevant to practicing engineers, some rules have been omitted from this document. These include, among others, rules relating to qualifying for the PE exam and the process for applying for a PE license.
